Dr. DeSantis was born in South Korea but was adopted and raised on Long Island. She graduated from LIU Post with B.S. in Biology and minor in Equine Studies. Dr. DeSantis also attended LIU’s College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated with her DVM in 2025.

Her main goal as a recent graduate is to practice the best possible medicine for her patients and develop a strong relationship with her clients. She also has a soft spot for feline companions and black Labrador retrievers. 

In her spare time, Dr. DeSantis likes to watch anime with her boyfriend and hanging out with their 2 cats, Grizzabella and Kaiju, and their hamster, Demeter.
