Joanna has worked in the veterinary field for twelve years. In April of 2023, she earned her credentials as a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager, awarded by the Veterinary Hospital Manager's Association. 

Joanna graduated with Magna Cum Laude distinction from Post University, where she majored in Business Administration and  Human Resources. 

Joanna is part of the National Society for Leadership and Success. She also holds an award for her Active Communication and Listening in the Workplace.

In 2024, Joanna advanced her career, and earned her credentials as a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional as well as a Certified Veterinary Business Leader. 

In her spare time, Joanna enjoys being with her husband, daughter, and her dog. She is constantly looking for new and engaging ways to keep her team happy and make Sachem Animal Hospital the best animal hospital possible!

 Joanna also enjoys stand-up comedy, horror movies, novels, and cooking.
