Joanna has worked in the veterinary field for nine years. In April of 2023, she earned her credentials as a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager, awarded by the Veterinary Hospital Manager's Association. 

In June of 2023, Joanna graduated with Magna Cum Laude distinction from Post University, where she majored in Human Resources. 

Joanna is part of the National Society for Leadership and Success. She also holds an award for her Active Communication and Listening in the Workplace.

In her spare time, Joanna enjoys being with her husband, daughter, and dog. She also enjoys stand-up comedy, horror movies, novels, and cooking.
